So it does sound like you triggered a lock by changing your name.
Please send an email from the original email address on file for the domain and include the following information:
*The domain name that has the 60-day lock because of a “contact information change”
*An explanation and description of what information was changed
*A request asking them if they can undo the change and unlock the domain
They should be able to help you get everything figured out from there.
