andrewsloveland on "Upgrade problem."

I want to copy my http://www.andrewsloveland.wordpress.com site to my new upgraded http://www.thefrumiousbandersnatch.com site.
Do I need to do this through some sort of ftp thingy? Is there an idiot proof way to copy-paste one blog to the other?
I looked on the support pages but can only find information for moving a blog/redirecting it to another hoster. What do I do when I've simply upgraded my WP blog?
Apologies if this is a ridiculous question. I am a complete newbie around such things. :(
