allthingsnoni123 on "How to access the html on the css stylesheet to edit it?"

Blowed if I can find how to access the html to change it. Where do I go? I'm going round and round in circles.
And while I'm at it, why on earth would WordPress automatically put the" header" underneath the menu bar and the site title??? Pure madness. And it's soooo difficult to move. It's obviously not really the header after all. Frustration at trying to find stuff on this site.
