Here is how to get full email headers in Gmail:
- Open the message you'd like to view headers for.
- Click the down arrow next to Reply, at the top of the message pane.
- Select Show Original.
The full headers will appear in a new window.
You can copy-paste those headers into your email reply to me, and our systems team will investigate.

Hi, sorry to ask here but I cant figure out how to add extra space to my content. I have a PAGES only website (www.autoimmune.org.nz) where the content stays static. In writing the content there are some times I want a few blank lines or spaces between content (on one page) and whilst I do go 'return' 'return' to move my cursor further down the page, once I have saved the changes, the content is displays without any spaces. Have a look at my 3rd page, called "Access to information, locally and globally". After all the links I usually add lots of 'return' spaces to break that content before the next bit (which is about: the World Day of Immunology) ... but once I have saved those changes and go back to view the page, all of my space has gone and the content is right up under the first body of info (the links) ... I need to know how to add space (like when you have paragraphs between sentences) ... really look forward to a reply,

Hi there, if you'd like to disable auto-renewal on your domain, you can log into your dashboard and head over to Store > My Upgrades, and click the "Disable Auto Renew" link next to the domain. That way, you can simply let it expire when it comes up for renewal.
If you're certain you no longer want the domain and would like to cancel it now and relinquish ownership of it, just let me know and I'd be glad to take care of that for you. There's no guarantee you'll ever be able to re-register the domain in the future if you cancel the domain, so this route is best if you're quite certain you'll never need the domain again.

It should come very soon after you make the request. Go into the dashboard of that site and go to settings > general and see if that is the email address you are looking for the confirmation on. You will also want to check the spam filter at your email service provider to make sure it isn't getting caught there. Sometimes they do.
Please read through this on deleting a site here at WordPress.com. Deletion is permanent and there will be no way to get that URL back again. I usually suggest setting the site to private just in case you may want to use it again in the future.
Let me know how that goes and we'll take it from there.

Hi there, your About.me widget needs to include your About.me URL in order to display correctly. Right now, it only has the general About.me URL, not your individual About.me address, as you can see here:

Your About.me address would be something like http://about.me/myname ... where "myname" is a unique name or word you've chosen for your profile. Once you add that unique URL in the About.me URL field the widget should display.

That's how new post notifications work on WordPress.com, since we are sending out the notifications from our system, rather than from your email account (to which we have no access).
Your blog followers will receive emails with subject lines of [New Post] your blog post title, and then your blog name and post title in the body of their emails.

First problem: My website directs traffic to my blog page hosted on WordPress. From there, the menu can take a reader to several other choices. However, the blog does not appear on the menu, so it is not possible to go back to the blog from another page. I have not been able to figure out how to add the page to the menu without creating a new page. When I create a new page, it is not the blog page. How do I make the blog page, the new page so I can put it on the menu?
Second problem: While trying to fix the menu I somehow created a second menu, but it does not show on a list of menus. I want to delete the second menu, which got titled "growing together", but cannot find a way to get to that menu to get rid of it. Help!?!

I have designed a custom header in Photoshop, and when I save it as a jpeg it appears fine on my screen, until I upload it to my library in WordPress. It appears blurry once I upload it to my library, and therefore appears blurry in my header. I have tried saving it as a high resolution jpeg, png, and at the exact size for the header. Is there anything else I can do to improve the quality?

I am trying to export my blog for import to a self-hosted site. I used the export tool and all of the images and posts transferred, but the videos didn't. Inspecting the xml file, all of the videos are referenced as "[[wpvideo XXXXXXX]]" but there is no link provided, so presumably that's why the import of videos fails. I read the support post at http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-to-export-video-media-for-import-into-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site?replies=4 but this doesn't seem to apply to my blog (sageandparker.wordpress.com), because all of my media is attached. Please advise.
