OK - I understand now - so they will each have a unique email address for this blog. Not really what I wanted - I was hoping we could all use just one email address. This was supposed to make it easy for novice internet users.
Also I guess this issue relates to my first request to be able to restrict the emails from approved users.

Ok, try editing the post again and hitting the blue Publish button.

Right, each user would set their own Post by Email address connected to the blog. As long as they keep that secret, you'll know who the posts are coming from.

We don't allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. You can find out more about this topic here: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/
However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. For the Pinterest button, that's included as part of the Sharing feature. Here's more information on Sharing and how to set it up for your site:

Ok, try re-publishing it as a brand new post via Posts -> Add New in your Dashboard, then just delete the Draft version.

It looks like the domain name hansonartindustries.com was registered through Register.com on March 17, 2013. If you registered the domain then, you'll need to change your nameservers to the following:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
If you're not sure how, you'll need to contact your registrar, Register.com, for assistance.
Please note it may take up to 48 hours for the domain nameserver changes to take effect. Once they've updated, you can set your primary domain to your custom domain by going to Store -> Domains and clicking the button next to the domain and clicking the "update primary domain" button.

No, a View just means that someone viewed something. If I viewed 5 posts on your blog, that would be 5 views.
The unique visitors are listed as Visitors in your stats, but we only track uniqueness on a 24-hour basis since it's nearly impossible to say for sure who's a unique person anywhere beyond that with all of the daily variables online.
