I do see that the No Ads upgrade is active on your blog unseenmoon.wordpress.com.

I suspect the ads are shown by the browser in the internet cafe, not WordPress.com. The browser could have the ads integrated on purpose, or it could be some sort of a malware on the public computer that displays unwanted ads. So it's not something that we placed. I hope this clarifies the issue for you!
