Hi there,

You need to set the featured image on the Edit Post page:
https://liazoncorp.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1498&action=edit&message=1

You'll see that I have done this (you can see it if you scroll down - it'll be on the right side).

Now when you publish, you'll see the image twice on the post. You can safely delete the image in the content area in the Edit Post page, and the featured image will still show up.
