I tried accessing the link you gave me for BlackBerry support but it appears to require a new login - I tried logging in with my usual wordpress login but it didn't work. So I entered some new login details and it said I should expect a confirmation email which never came. I don't suppose you can help here, can you?

How do Authors create content? Since I am an Administrator, I want to be sure what I tell them is correct.
My flickr photos will not display as a widget. I have the correct URL based on your "help" info related to the flickr widget. In my dashboard the widget is active, but nothing displays on my blog.

When I wrote a new Post before I posted it suggested Tags appeared at the bottom and when you added them the references were all underlined in your Post.

Thanks for the answer. I'll look at the support material and optimize photos. The ones I uploaded came from the iPad app, not the laptop and browser where I prefer to work. Except, I managed to upload a 1 pixel by 1 pixel gif I use for line spacing.
I just had a system update for OS X, and I was hoping it might fix the issue, but apparently not, as I just tried without success. I can, for now, upload from the iPad app and then use the images from the library on the laptop.

WISH LIST -- accordion style in pages and posts. I tried doing it with CSS (I have custom design) and some of the necessary html got stripped out.
Also, wish we had the old CSS editing environment back. The new one is hard to use.

I created a DNS record for subdomain on my web platform(bigcommerce) yesterday and it still has not completed. I paid for the subdomin mapping yesterday. This is the error message I receive on wordpress: The CNAME entry is not pointing to WordPress.com yet, if you recently updated them please check again in a few hours. How long does this take or is their an issue?

I have just created one draft post and one pending post as your contributor. You should see those in your dashboard for your site. This functionality appears to be working currently.
Also, I can see that the contributor was able to successfully trash and delete a few posts four days ago on June 3rd.
Please have them try again. If you experience the same problem, please let me know.
I’m conducting a marketing campaign to get traffic to my blog. To track the effectiveness of my advertisements, I created a separate blog so I can isolate the site traffic from the campaign from my organic site traffic. Since I have multiple wordpress blogs, I can see how much traffic is directed from my advertisement blog to my primary blog by looking at the Stats of CLICKS and REFERRERS.
I’ve noticed the CLICKS (advertisement blog) shows how many times links have been clicked to send a visitor to my primary blog. I’ve also noticed the REFERRES (primary blog) shows how many visitors have arrived from my advertisement blog. I see these numbers rarely match. If CLICKS (ad blog) were always higher than REFERRERS (primary blog), that would be interesting and consistent. This is not what I have seen.
My question is this: Which data source is potentially more accurate?
I understand the measurement system you have will be limited and not always accurate. If you can tell me which number is likely more accurate that would be helpful as I assess the effectiveness of my advertising campaigns.

Custom Design Tools are Not Loading for my blog no matter what browser I use.
I noticed someone else reported this same issue about a month ago but they stopped letting the correspondence be seen to others in the support forum. Please help me take care of this issue. I really appreciate it.
checking further... when go to site via bookmark, it pulls up smithkillian.wordpress.com, (it is not redirecting), if I change 'smithkillian' to 'anglinsmith' then the blog comes up.
