one other thing, as I'm trying to put up another post: when I'm editing and want to see a preview it tells me that Safari can't find the server so I can't see it! Frustrating!

I received the below email from webhostingsearch.com reporting that some of the links (pages) on my wordpress website contains malware contents and they are suggesting Google to remove my website from their index which is BAD. This must be coming from the ads that are displayed under each blog post and as far as I know these are ads are controlled by WordPress.com and not by me, hence the request.
Please take a necessary immediate action to filter out such contents of my blog and send me an acknowledgement.

Done. I did that three times yesterday. My site had been in italics on both our computers yesterday, but now it is just on this one. It has to be an issue with this computer and this browser(ie 9). I'll re-install my browser and see if that helps.

I added a new DNS Zone record for your domain. This change may take a little while to be fully effective. Could you give it some time then try updating the name servers again?
You can go to Store > Domains on your blog's dashboard and follow the steps there.

I'd like to see at least one site where the first page (homepage) actually shows the daily blogpost AND "teasers" with photo of earlier posts written. I need to know if I can use it as a blog but at the same time show some of my diy posts. I think you call the page a showcase templet page.
If I like to show a list of my 10 most read posts, can I do that with a thumbnail photo or only with the header?
Is it a possible to use a header image? Do you in that case, know the size of it?

Links to my blog - Rhetauracle - sabotage my emails. Brinkster simply loses all my outgoing emails where I include the link - they don't bounce: they disappear. Also Brinkster (or Zimbra) puts all WordPress emails - e.g. new follower notifications - into the webmail junk file, despite my having added you to the preferred correspondent list.
N.B. If I use my gmail account for emails there is no problem.

Just to update progress..
I got the correct IP address and updated the A record. The complete DNS record entry at WordPress is now:
A mail 119.252.189.21
MX 10 mail.scanconsulting.com.au.
It took some time, but eventually the email started to work again, and has now been working for 12 hours or so.
So I am hopeful that all will be well.
