I'd really appreciate some help with this one!

I decided to move from WordPress to Squarespace. I wanted to take my WordPress custom domain, "coltcopy.com," with me, but Squarespace doesn't allow the nameserver changing technique that WordPress recommends. I'd transfer to a different registrar, but I am unable to wait 60 days. It seems to me that the only option is to delete my domain and register it again via Squarespace or Godaddy or someone else. Am I right in thinking this, and is it possible to do?

Hello, I see you bought the Premium Upgrade. With the Premium Upgrade, a domain name is not automatically registered for you, but your account has a credit to purchase the domain name of your choice. To do that, follow the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/#instructions-for-registering-a-new-domain-for-your-blog . When you get to step 4 to purchase that domain, it will use the domain name credit in your account to purchase that domain.

You can delete blogs by going into the dashboard of the blog you want to delete and then go to tools > delete site. Please read the warnings as deletion is permanent and you will not be able to get those URLs/blog names back You can find more information on deleting sites here.

May I make a suggestion that you keep one of your extra sites and set it to private at settings > reading under site visibility? It's nice to have an extra site to test out new themes on and get everything figured out without having to disrupt your main site.

I can suggest a couple of options.

1. Password protect the pages or posts that have the videos and then provide the URL and the password to the students that need access.

2. Set the site to private and then add the students as viewers. Each student will have to sign up for a WordPress.com account, but they do not have to get a blog, just a username.

To change the widths on the main content column and sidebar, paste the following into the CSS edit window at appearance > custom design > edit CSS and adjust the widths as desired. If you decrease the #secondary (sidebar) by 60px, you increase the body.content… (main post/page content) width by the same amount.

body.content-sidebar .one-col-posts #primary, body.sidebar-content .one-col-posts #primary {
width: 672px;
}

#secondary {
width: 260px;
}

I have a homestead domain and i can't reach my host, i quitted my billing account for homestead and since then it is impossible for me to reach them and get my domain data to edit the dns for wordpress. my domain is http://www.kunstengraffiti.com but it's referring to homestead in stead of wordpress.

For a website rather than a blog, you will typically be using pages instead of posts for your content. Take a look at this support document on using WordPress.com to Create a Website. You can map your existing domain to your WordPress.com website with the Domain Mapping upgrade.

I've cancelled my wordpress premium upgrade, and it appears I still have the domain, but as I bought the domain more than 2 days ago, i can't cancel it. How can I permanently cancel the domain?

All my findings point back to "contacting support" in order to delete the domain. I can't find another way to contact support other than this forum. Could somebody please delete the domain for me?

However, if the domain is deleted, will that mean I might not be able to register it elsewhere, like through squarespace or godaddy? Would it be best to wait the 60 days to transfer it to another registrar and use a different domain in the meantime?

Yes, it stopped redirect my site when I deleted the DNS records. It's just that, it took so much time.

Sorry, but your space upgrade expired so you cannot upload additional files at this time. Rest assured though, that your existing files are safe and will remain accessible and visible on your site.

Your options would be to review your files and delete any unused files to see if you can get down below the 3GB free space limit or to purchase a space upgrade.
