Hi - I'm trying to attract FB traffic to the website, but when someone links to the site on FB, all that shows is the title and the generic "Smile! You're at the best..." tagline with no image, though I have created both. What's up, and how can I fix it [fast] please? Thanks - Lisa T

That's pretty big. Have you tried unpacking the file? Does it contain any .xml files? or only attachments?
Note that we're only able to import .xml files that contains blog content data. If your previous web hosting is offline we're not able to import any attachments.
Otherwise upload the file using http://wetransfer.com and send us the link by e-mail.

Ok, I will upload the file now.
In the email do I need to mention anything else? Because I noticed it's a general email address.
Anyway the file probably contains attachments but you can ignore those, I will upload them, that's not a problem. Also contains sql back-up, probably you need that. As for XML, I could not find anything.

I recently imported my posts from my wordpress.org over to wordpress.com (I am no longer self hosting). yet when I view my posts, there is a box with a question mark inside displaying on the top portion of my posts. When clicked, that box takes me to throughtheeyesofaqueen.com but still on bluehost. I can't delete the box. I have placed my nameservers back to wordpress.com I'm not sure what else I need to do

Whilst I pasted some MX code if I send a test email to my ZoHo email: [email redacted] I don't receive it.
I wanted to point emails sent to the above address to my @gmail account or @bigpond.com.

Have you followed the exact same steps mentioned on http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/add-email-through-zoho-mail/ ? Those instructions should help you to properly set up your ZoHo email.
