I was told that a free theme called Flexibility would work great for my application, but I cannot find it. Could you please help? Thanks, Tony

User doesn't show up on dashboard, but when I try to invite the user it says that they already have a role on my site. Then if they try to log into the site, they are told they don' t have permission.

I spoke with Wild West Domain and they are asking me for my Account number and and PIN number for my domain, please provide that information of my domain.

How do I find my IP address, I need to give it to Hetzner for my mapping to wordpress and I really need the IP.

You'll need to change the nameserver (NS) records and point these to your new hosting.

If you don't see any change yet, please try clearing out your cache.

If you want I can move the followers for you. Please send me the address of your WordPress.com blog and your new self-hosted blog.

We don't allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

However, we do have some really cool widgets. Perhaps one of those might meet your needs?

What's the username of the user you are referring to?

WordPress.com do not have an individual IP address. To map a domain you can go to Store > Domains on your blog's dashboard and follow the steps there.

I have already mapped my domain, and paid the $13. I bought my domain name for Hetzner, they are saying in order to complete it for me, they need an IP address

You or your register will need to change the Nameserver (NS) records to make the domain mapping work.
Please go to your domain registrar's site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

I am getting over 1000, comments on some posts and want to number all the comments so people can have a quick reference

When trying to hover over buttons in the top menu they show the submenu buttons, but when I then try to hover over these buttons they disappear, so that I cannot select them. Various people have tried today, from different browsers, and had the same issue.

As far as I know there's no PIN. Why does WWD needs this information? Are you trying to transfer the domain? If so, please read
this guide as it explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar.
