You have a suggestion how to solve this on time?. Are you able to send a screenshot of the page that's asking for the credit card? I have logged into your account on this end and I don't see what you're describing. It sounds to me like the issue is happening after you log into PayPal.

Then upload the file to your media library in your site. We can take a look from there. Please just be sure your screenshot doesn't show any private information (like card numbers).
