Your Premium bundle on mamassoup.wordpress.com is still good through 11/24/15. If you cancel that upgrade, you'll need to pay the $99 over again immediately (rather than in six months) so you would effectively pay more.
Instead, I think it would make more sense to wait until your Premium bundle is about to expire. Then, you can renew it from the new PayPal account. Would that work?
