I understand the basic difference.. but by "full editor" do you mean the "Reply to Comment" editor that I use as Administrator or the "Add new Post" editing application? They are different.. and my primary concern is for a commenter to be able to use the "Reply to Comment" application editor.

Do I understand you to mean that once a person is delegated as an Author or Contributor they have access to <b>both</b> editing apps?
