I recently sent this message:
Don't know if this will get to anyone who can help, but my wordpress page is showing this message:
Oh no! This domain jimcampbellartworks.com expired 17 days ago! Please contact the owner of this website and ask them to renew the domain. Don't worry, you'll still be able to view the site at this web address: jimcampbellartworks.wordpress.com.
However when I go to jimcampbellartworks.wordpress.com, I get the same message and cannot view it. Please help. Thanks.
And received this response:

Howdy Jim,
You should be able to Dismiss this message with the "X Dismiss" link in the upper right. It's a bit hard to see, but I've attached a screenshot to illustrate.
You can renew your domain name (or remove it from your account and make your WordPress.com URL the Primary URL) by going to Dashboard -> Store -> Domains. You can read more about domain settings here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/domains-settings/
If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!
Cheers,

However this does not work as I don't see these options and can't get into the domain to amend the settings. I would like to keep the domain either by using .wordpress.com or by paying to renew but all my subsequent emails have been ignored.
Thanks.
