When I upload images to my media library, the second item in the library doesn't display in the library field or the add new media to a post field. It doesn't matter what it is, it won't display. The image is there in my library, can be opened for editing, has been uploaded correctly. But no matter what I do it doesn't display & can't be added to a post. This has been going on for about 3 weeks.
