i paid for a guided transfer, and i received an email telling me that my transfer would take place on Monday 15th April 2013 a 5 am and asked me to supply hosting information etc and there was a link to supported hosting, my webhost is with namecheap http://www.namecheap.com. I emailed my info and a few days before i emailed wordpress to ask if my webhost is supported and i received no reply, i also posting on the staff answers at the wordpress forums and have not yet received a reply, so, i dont know what to do right now, if my webhosting is supported i still want the guided transfer, if not, then i will ask for a refund, thanks very much.
