WordPress.com automatically sends notifications to Google with every post and page update. The search engines can take 4-6 weeks or more to add any new sites or after any changes such as changing from Private. I have checked each of your sites' robots.txt files and verified that none of them are set to private, so in time Google should pick up these changes.
You can change your blog's visibility to search engines by visiting Settings -> Reading from your WordPress Dashboard, and looking under "Site Visibility."
