It seems the domain still points to your self-hosted site at GoDaddy.com. If you're having problems with a site not hosted with WordPress.com, we may not be able to help. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. You can find support for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress here and here.
To point the domain to your WordPress.com blog, go to your domain registrar's site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
