If you own the domain boatshoesandbeats.com - it was registered in February through GoDaddy - then you're very close to having it correctly mapped to your site.
Your domain boatshoesandbeats.com is currently pointing to GoDaddy's parked servers, ns75.domaincontrol.com and ns76.domaincontrol.com. In order to map it to your WordPress.com site, you'll need to log into your domain registration control panel over at GoDaddy and update the name servers to:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.com
Please be sure to first read our guide to mapping an existing domain - especially the heads-up about any email accounts you may have on the domain.
If you don't already own boatshoesandbeats.com, just let me know and I'll remove the mapping upgrade and credit or refund your account, as you prefer.
In the meantime, I've reset boatshoesandbeats.wordpress.com as your primary domain under Store > Domains so you can still access your site here: http://boatshoesandbeats.wordpress.com.
