walkingwithbenedict on "Show comments on the showcase page"

I am using twenty eleven with a static showcase page. Somehow people are leaving comments in the showcase page (looking at the page I don't see their access pt for leaving comments) and no comments are shown on the showcase page although several people have commented on that page and I have replied. I have tried all the comment enabling pages I can find and still they do not display on the showcase page. Ideas? blog is
