bradmoyers on "Add "www." to domain"

I paid the $13 fee to add a domain but I want it to go to "www.mydomain.com" not "mydomain.com" I can't find a setting to change the default to add "www." Even if I type the "www." before my domain, when it resolves it gets removed.
