I have one space upgrade already for 10GB that just renewed on February 25. However, I am now at 100% capacity, including that one space upgrade. Now I want to upgrade with an additional 10GB. Everytime I try to purchase the additional upgrade, I get this message: "This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?" However, I DON'T mean to renew my subscriptions! I NEED NEW SPACE!! However, when I get this message, there is no opportunity to answer the question and say "NO!!" so it is impossible for me to buy the upgrade.
By the way this is the second time I have written about this, and I have received no answer yet from support. I want to post more on my blog and I cannot. Can you please help me resolve this as soon as possible???
