dreammasterssf on "Add DNS record for dream-masters.se"

I've tried to add a Zone Record for the domain dream-masters.se but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?
Do I even need a Zone Record? I just have trouble loading the website and was wondering if the problem originates from the Zone Record. Thank you in advance for the help!
