Hi Andrea, the Site Redirect upgrade allows you to send visitor traffic from a wordpress.com address to another address, for example, from http://aeschlapia.wordpress.com to http://ironstonehq.com/blog/

I also recommend that you install the Jetpack plugin and connect it to WordPress.com. Let me know when it's done and I will migrate your WordPress.com followers from the old address to the new one.
