I'd be happy to take a look at what might be going on with your stats discrepancy.

If I understand correctly, you are saying that folks are clicking links to your WordPress.com site from Twitter, and Twitter is recording the stats for those clicks, but WordPress.com is not adding the visitors to your page views. Is that right? If so, could you look at your Referrer's stats page, https://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?view=referrers&summarize&numdays=7&blog=10096092&unit=1 and compare it to your Twitter stats to see if you can find an example of a click through that didn't appear in your stats?
