I'm seeing the same problem you are. I'm not sure why that's happening with that one draft page. But I'm glad you were able to get an About the Editors page up and working properly on your site.
If you'd prefer to have the URL for the page show about-the-editors instead of beast-keepers, you can edit the permalink for the page from:
https://animalliterarymagazine.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=547&action=edit
The edit button shows next to the permalink, between the title area and the page text area.
