The security department is the one that needs to whitelist the blog, there's nothing we can do to change chat. They are referring to the threats of a self-hosted WordPress.org. Your site is hosted on the WordPress.com platform. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
