Okay, thank you. I checked my inbox, it was in fact there. However, I am still being charged for domain registration, etc. This is unacceptable because:

I sent my first request for help on Monday, July 14th the same day I signed up. I did not get a response until Monday July 23rd. I sent my cancellation request on Friday July 20th... because 6 days without answering a support question is absurd. The cancellation request took 4 days, or 92 hours to get a reply.

Had I known that there is a 2 day limit for domain refunds... I would have cancelled in 2 days. Your site says "30 days". Please refund the domain registration costs as well.

The fact that the 2 day notice isn't clearly posted, it took 9 days to get a question answered, and 4 days to get a cancellation processed, I believe warrants the refund of my domain fees.
