I've just received the following mail from[email redacted] and I'd like to know what's going on:

If your Authorization Code expires or if it becomes invalid and you require a new one, you will need to return to the Account Manager log in page, click the "retrieve my password" link, then select "Reset Password" and request a new one.
Your Authorization Code is: ########-####-####-####-############
To set your password:
1. Click here
2. Enter your Customer Number.
3. The Authorization Code from the email message automatically populates in the Auth Code field.
4. Enter and confirm a new password.
5. Enter a Password Hint.
6. Click "Continue" to set your password.
NOTE: If clicking the link doesn't work, copy and paste the entire link into your browser's address bar.
