There are a couple of options:
1) If you want to create a brand new WordPress.com site, you can add it here while logged into your account:
http://wordpress.com/signup/?ref=newdash-myblogs-sidebar
When you're ready, you can let me know the address of the new site you created and I'll switch the mapping upgrade for americantruthcommission.info over to the new site.
2) If you want to me to wipe your existing dispatchesfrombabel.wordpress.com site clean so you can start over there, that is another option. Emptying your site would remove all content, including posts, pages, comments, images, and everything else you've added. Emptying your site cannot be reversed, so you should only choose this option if you're 100% sure you no longer want to keep anything on that site.
