mochilaotrip on "How to transfer subscribers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?"

I´ve redirected the old blog to the new one, so both are in the same adress (mochilaotrips.com). The original, at wordpress.com, was mochilaotrips.com, and the other (at wordpress.org) was mochilaotrips.com.br, but now both go to the same place.
