You have a domain that will expire on 10/12/12. You have auto renew enabled, which will automatically renew the domain one month before the expiration date to make sure everything goes through properly.
If you wish to turn off auto renew for your domain, you may do so in your Dashboard under Store > My upgrades. Keep in mind that if it expires, it may not be possible to renew it later.
